I absolutely love writing, writing, oh, and writing! It is my passion and I guess it is something that I hope will one day lead to published works but for now this is me and my rather sporadic ramblings. I will one day, perhaps, share some of my poems and other writings but I'm not quite 'there' yet. I am constantly on a hunt for my muse 'cause he's a slippery and unpredictable little bugger and he likes to torture me. My 'little' obsession with all things Whedonesque (Joss is God) has at this point grown to humongous proportions and I make no excuses for it. Joss is my drug of choice. If it seems like I obsess over his works, it is because I do. I also have a fierce love of Doctor Who, especially in his tenth incarnation. I also 'squee' regularly about Battlestar Galactica, Supernatural and Grey's Anatomy (i.e McSteamy). "I discovered first of all that I love writing more than anything on this earth and that you could write exactly as well as you want to." JOSS WHEDON "Language is my drug, is my life, is the thing I love more than anything." JOSS WHEDON I also love art and music and theatre, anything that stretches the creative muscles and gets you thinking. Spending time with friends and a good bottle of red wine (or a couple of bottles) rates high on my list of things to do on a Friday Night. I love a good argument but my buttons are often excessively pushed by narrow minded, racist or bigoted comments or individuals. My suggestion if you are such an individual? Go Away. I am a student of Buddhism and as such am a very compassionate being. In my journal everyone is treated with respect and love. Varied opinions are welcome and encouraged but they need to be backed up by an open mind willing to accept other people's differences.
